Small Group Cohorts
Small group cohorts are a great alternative entry point into Executive Coaching for those who aren’t ready to engage in a One-on-One scenario. Usually consisting of 4 to 6 executive level individuals from a common economic sector (i.e. business or non-profit), being a part of a cohort allows you to engage with others who are likely facing similar challenges and situations in a group coaching context.
Groups meet for about an hour and a half per month for a guided discussion, learning together, benefiting from the reciprocity of a small group, and building deep relationships with like-minded professionals.

Fractional Executive Services
Fractional Executive Services can provide a strategic, short-term solution for start ups and small businesses that want to leverage our executive experience to grow and scale but may not have the resources for a full time hire. Additionally, we can help organizations going through transition by offering temporary assistance in an Executive Role as well as leading the search committee in order to find the right person for that seat.
This usually lasts up to 6 months and can be tailored for your specific organizational needs.
